Last night me, Lisa, Katie, Sarah, and Mickey drove successfully to Shoefactory road/Cuba Road/Rainbow road. We found the gate to the old insane asylum also, but no one wanted to go in..way too creepy. Plus it's private property, and Jeff told us we would be shot! We also passed by the haunted barn, and then actually went inside White Cemetary, where there was supposedly 'floating white orbs'. There was nothing though, and we only scared ourselves by thinking there was something there. If any strong, protective guys want to venture into the barn or insane asylum with me, I might reconsider lol.

Last night I went on a crazy adventure with Lisa, Katie, and Mickey. We went in search of the haunted 'shoefactory road', so we drove down Barrington a long ways until we hit Cuba Road, and decided to go down there instead. It was pretty crappy though, since there were like houses and christmas lights and stuff. Then we found "Rainbow Road" and drove down there, but there weren't any spooky things down there either =(. We went in search of Shoefactory Road again, and I kept calling Vinnie's cell a million times because we couldn't find it, and I think he was getting pretty pissed off. Me and Lisa went inside a gas station and asked for directions, and the guy pointed out the way, *laughing and evil, evil laugh as we left! Mwahahahah! (*Never really happened) We drove the way he told us too, but still couldn't find it! Oh well, we'll have to go another night. Until next time...

I got up from a 2 1/2 hour nap, I'm so worn out from this morning. Jim drove me to Triton so I could see Noah! Yay! That was the best christmas present ever Jim. I got to see the male guard dance and prance! It was funny and cute when they were all practicing and trying to see who could spin around the most times without stopping. Noah started showing me some rifle moves, I learned how to spin it around once. He makes me feel so happy whenever I'm with him.

Yesterday I went to the mall, Kohls, and the library to scan pics with Jen! I still havnt put them into online albums, but when I do Ill post the links. It was pretty exciting, we saw Freckles the clown at the mall! There was also a girl clown with him, and I asked if that was his girlfriend but he said no. Too bad I didn't have a camera.

Today I went out with Jen again. We tried 3 times unsuccessfully to find someone who wanted to hang out with us. Anthony...Anthonys crazy, let me tell you. Baby Timmy wasn't home, and Joe was at the 'mall'. Or so we were told. So we went thrifting..didnt find anything though. We did although find one of those toy horses little kids ride, sitting on a streetcorner!

Yay my mom said I could get my belly button pierced for my 17th birthday. (March 6th, the day of IHSA so I'd have to get it done another day). Hopefully Jen will take me downtown to get it done where she got hers (I didn't get a chance to ask yet, but maybe she'll see this message and reply) Do I have to have a legal guardian with me to have it done, or just someone whos 18? Or since Im gonna be 17, is that ok? But anyways, Im so excited, even though its 2 1/2 months away. =)

Me and Joe Gates both have fevers, and we both ate spaghetti and drank orange juice for dinner.

I took Anthonys advice in eating soup, drinking liquids, and taking a nap and I feel better =). heh.

I woke up last night with a fever, which really sucks. Winter break is supposed to be a time where I go out, have fun, and do whatever I want! Now I'm stuck here at home online. What fun. When I get better, I have to pack all of my fun into the remaining days of vacation.

So while I was taking a nap today, I had a pretty weird/scary dream that went like this...
I was at a party with a bunch of food; chocolate/cookies/cake/pizza/taco bell/mcdonalds/ect. Anything imaginable. I didn't see anyone I knew at the party and I was hungry, so i just started eating everything in sight, and i had stuff all over my face. I took a towel to wipe it all off, and then threw it in the laundry. Then the owner of the house came downstairs and complained about how much laundry there was to do, and i felt really guilty, so I went into another room. I saw Miller there, and he started yelling at me, and he was extremely anger, but I don't know why. Then I walked around and tried to find someone I knew, and I finally saw little Jeff Maher and started talking to him. All of a sudden Miller came up behind me and started screaming at me about how I should "pay more attention to the band instead of guys" and then he called me a whore. What a relaxing nap.

On a brighter note, I saw Gary, Mr Tipps twin today!! Hes in the chorus at their church im playing for...its so bizarre. You look in two different directions...and you see two Tipps. Tommorrow Im bringing a camera to take a picture of them together, it'll be great. Arg I have to wake up at like 615...the sleep deprivation cycle continues.

As everyone knows, tommorrows pep band theme is pirates of the carribean. So me, Becca, and Katie, being the creative people we are, decided to find/make costumes for ourselves. This is our story.
First we stopped at a thrift store on Roselle road, but were rejected because it was said that the store was closing. Still determined, we ventured over towards another thrift store. Upon walking in, a mean lady practically shouted "Were closed!" and we had to leave. As we were leaving, we saw another lady approaching the store, and then walk in and not get kicked out! Discrimination against the youth I tell you!
Next we went To the new Johann fabrics to find some material to make our pirate skirts out of. After our search, we finally found material suitable enough to make our costumes. I struck up a convo about band with the lady cutting the fabric, and she happened to be a quad player! cool.
After that fun adventure, we headed out to party city. We ended up looking at crazy halloween stuff in the back, and came to all the cool wigs. Katie said she wanted to see the pirate wig that was located way up high, and she couldnt reach it. So then im like here, Ill try and get it! So I stepped on the bottom shelf to try and reach a little higher, and the whole shelf fell down!!! I didnt know I was that heavy! All the stuff on the shelf fell all over the floor, and we freaked! The 3 of us bolted out of the store, Katie and I yelling "open the car Becca, open the car!!!!" Ah, good times.
Next, we went to Target to look for cool pirate jewelry. I wanted big gold hoop earrings, but they didnt have anything good. We also saw Jerry working there! And It was creepy, Target seemed to have EVERYTHING pirate - like, with the right colors and stripes. Maybe target is run by pirates...or maybe my imaginations too big.
Last stop, my house to make the costumes! 4 or so hours of work..well, if you count eating cookies and going online as work. Oh, and we also payed mr anthony graffeo a visit! We got to see Scrappy, and he played Sexi Sophmore Shodown!!!! Woo! (He got himself as a lover! How cute.) Overall, our costumes are a bit..odd? But all of you can judge for yourself tommorrow (And hopefully not laugh!)

So, I'm still feeling shitty, so I got to school during 5th period. The only reason I really went, was because I couldn't miss 2 days in a row of school (Tommorrow's our winter band tour). I don't know how much I'm actually looking forward to it, because it's hard to play when you're sick. The orchestra concerts tommorrow too (Everyones going, right?) We get to wear our lovely, lovely formal wear costumes! Hooray! Not. Seriously, guys get to wear tuxes. Miller didn't even ask for girls input on these costumes obviously. For those who havn't seen them yet, just wait. Really, you would think it was Halloween all over again. Hmm, what else happened today? Oh i started coughing and losing my voice in the middle of my english presentation today (wow, this seems so familiar...), so I had to throw my papers at Monica for her to finish. Heres a christmas gift idea for me - cough drops.

I had a dream last night that someone whom I didn't see stabbed me in the back with a sword, and I was in a lot of pain, and bled a lot. Somehow, I got through the pain and survived. This dream has to relate to my life somehow, but I just can't think of it yet.

Pep band last night was amazing, even though I was sick and not feeling too well. The theme was 'formal wear' so I wore my dress from homecoming freshman year, and gym shoes. I even got a compliment from Ryan on that one, that's a first. The highlight was when a fight started to break out, and number 55 was evicted from the game...our band is so intimidating, its funny. Such angry people, in such a large group...it can get nasty sometimes.

I just got back from Kohls with Jen..and I drove! woowoo! I even parked very nicely (although it was a little far away from the store.) As an added bonus, my mome let me use her credit card. Wow, this rocks.

Today was the first time I ever drove by myself! It was only to Katie's house..but it was really cool. And I was really scared, and felt like I was stealing the car, and shouldn't have been doing it either. Ah, the feeling of freedom.

Can this week get any better? Today I got my liscense! woohoo! It's so stupid though, my parents say i can only drive myself places around for now, and not anyone else. But at least I'm sorta free, right?
